A next generation activities programme

Great technology isn’t enough. Instead we see it as an enabler, not as an end goal or outcome. This is why we place so much focus on the programme of training, support, content and reporting that surrounds the technology we provide.

Our aim is to get each subscriber delivering against 9 key uses of the Happiness Programme which in turn contribute towards successful activities and meaningful care outcomes.

Structured and guided training

As a new subscriber, and with your initial training completed, you’ll join our monthly featured training sessions. The aim of which is to train each team in the 9 key functionalities – or uses – of the Happiness Programme to support staff to run better activity sessions and support improved care outcomes.

Delivered online by members of our Social Impact team, each month’s training includes a variety of webinars and videos, case studies, blog posts and benchmarking reports, emailed to you and accessible at any time online.

As a subscriber, you’ll also receive opportunities for 1-2-1 training and further telephone support and will have unlimited access to the training materials for the duration of your subscription.

 

Care inspectorate evidence

We provide you with our Happiness Tracker; a logbook to document the outcomes and progress of your activity sessions. Supported with training and guidance from our Social Impact team, this builds into a powerful evidence base for the care inspectorate as well as opportunities to enhance personalised care.


Tailored reporting

As your journey through the Happiness Programme  continues, you’ll receive a tailored report detailing progress, providing feedback from our team and identifying new opportunities to explore. 

This insight builds on the various feedback and training touch points from the programme and helps care venues to increase staff involvement, extend the range of activities offered, offer personalised activities care and much more.

 

 

Fully supported from day one

Even before you receive your interactive projector, you’ll hear from our team with simple how-to advice and set up instructions, as well as initial training. You’ll start to receive weekly game guidance featuring best practice advice and regular updates on new games, features and support.
