What Activities are Good for Students with Learning Disabilities?

There are different activities that can be used with students with learning disabilities. One of these fun learning activities is the Happiness Programme, interactive light technology that features games and activities that support learning in a fun and simple way.

We’re off to the beach with our new game, Sea Shells

With summer in full swing,  and hot off the tail of our last games release, we’re excited to bring you some more games to play this summertime. All games listed below are now available. So, make sure to keep your interactive light projector updated to get the new additions.

You can find a step by step guide on how to do this here.

Bring a beach day into the comforts of your care service with our brand new Sea Shells game. In this game players will race against the clock to move and collect as many sea shells into the bucket as possible. Listen out for the soothing and scenic sounds of a beach scene as you and your players move the shells around the surface.

Sea Shells is a great for some light competitive play. It can also be a great conversation starter for reminiscing on what this landscape means to each player.

We suggest collecting some real sea shells to enhance gameplay and add a tactile element to your summer sessions. You could also try adding sand and water trays for a full sensory experience.

Sea Shells will be a limited addition game and only available during the summer period.

More games available for wall and ceiling surfaces.

We recently released wall-oriented versions of some of our existing games to give players more choice and flexibility in their Happiness Programme sessions.

We’re happy to announce that we’re expanding this collection to include more of our existing games in the 90-degree playlist. This can easily be accessed through the magic table 360 menu.

The games listed below will now project onto your walls using the 180-degree flip button on your remote control:

  • Rose Petals
  • All Deep Breaths games
  • Piggy Bank (Euros)
  • Sweetshop

We also encourage feedback on all the new features, so if you have any thoughts or comments don’t hesitate to send us a message through our contact page on our website.
