Whether someone is living with dementia, has a learning disability, or is nursed in bed, the new experience is designed to guide you towards the most meaningful moments, faster. Think less searching, more connecting.

That said, any change can take a little getting used to.

After you update your unit, you might may need to calibrate the projector, and that’s completely normal. If you’d like a helping hand, you can read our calibration guide here

If you’re missing the familiar layout, don’t worry, it’s still there.

You can access the A–Z Games View, which mirrors the previous games menu you’re used to. It’s the same structure, just a couple of clicks away. We’ve included a short video below to show you exactly how to get there.

This update is all about giving you more flexibility. Explore in a new way, or stick with what you know. Either way, the joy of play stays exactly the same.
