Accessing YouTube on your Happiness Programme smart-projector

1. Select YouTube activity on your projector

– Click to open 

– A connection prompt should then appear on screen 
 

2. Link your device 

– On your phone, tablet or computer, open a web browser and go to: https://google.com/device  

– You’ll see a code displayed on the projector screen 

– Enter this code on your device and click continue 

 

3. Gmail Account Required

– You’ll need a Gmail account to use YouTube. You have two options: 

Option A: Use an existing staff Gmail account 

Option B: (Recommended): Create a dedicated Gmail account for your location 

Creating a New Gmail Account (Recommended) 

This only takes a minute: 

• Go to: https://mail.google.com 

• Click “Create account” 

• Choose a username (e.g., yourlocationname@gmail.com) 

• Create a memorable password 

• Complete the setup 

• Use this account to connect your projector
